Quality Manager
GOALS OF THE POSITION:
The Quality Manager will evaluate, implement, and execute Quality Assurance methods to ensure they adhere to the Company’s standards. This person is primarily responsible for Production and Product data quality. This person is also tasked with recommending improvement across all organizations coming from quality discoveries and challenges.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and improve Quality Control Process based on operational needs.
Aid in effective management of end-to-end operational process to ensure Service Level Agreements are observed and met
Lead in the identification of process gap and drive solution
Produce statistical reports on quality standards.
Manage the performance of the entire Quality Team through coaching and mentoring.
Provide strategic direction and advice on overall Sourcescrub data quality from data operations and product use point of view.
Champion all data quality initiatives of Data operations to Senior leadership and board members
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Skills Summary:
At least 10 years of overall experience in BPO Operations with at least 5 years in a quality assurance managerial capacity.
Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations to the leadership team.
Analytical and facts-based decision maker.
Experience in team interactions and facilitation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and resourceful.
Knowledgeable in data quality assessment and analytics tools.
Job Specific Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required.
Certification in Six Sigma or productivity based advance training is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
Highly organized and flexible.
